1. Your main responsibility is international training of new employees in commissioning with focus on software solutions.
2. For this purpose, you create training concepts for the software product KiSoft One, among others.
3. You identify training needs based on the employee competency matrix and create employee development plans together with the managers.
4. You are the contact person for the processing departments for topics relevant to training and employee development.
5. You introduce the developed training concepts to the KNAPP subsidiaries worldwide.

6. You have a completed technical education (HTL or comparable technical education).
7. You have good knowledge in object-oriented programming (C++, C# or Java).
8. You have basic knowledge of relational databases (SQL or Oracle) as well as basic knowledge of Linux.
9. You have optionally completed a trainer training.
10. You are very interested in logistic contexts and you have the confidence to understand contexts in a short time.
11. Media such as e-learning, blended learning and webinars are not foreign to you.
12. You have the ability to record complex technical facts both orally and in writing.
13. In addition, you bring the appropriate competence to convey technical content to our specialists of tomorrow.
14. English and German are no problem for you.
