Enterprise Account Executive

Your mission
* Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies together with our Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams.
* Understand customer needs and clearly communicate how Archlet addresses them, ensuring long‑term satisfaction.
* Own the full sales cycle from qualification and demos to proposals, negotiation, and closing.
* Contribute to building a workplace you genuinely enjoy being part of.
About You
* More than 3 years of experience in SaaS sales.
* More than 2 years of experience in Procurement SaaS sales.
* Tech‑savvy and excited about new technologies with real business impact.
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.
* Confident in communication, persuasion, and negotiation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
