Role Overview
You play a key role in safeguarding and elevating product and process quality across the supplier network. By identifying risks, driving improvements, and collaborating closely with suppliers and internal teams, you help reduce defects, boost efficiency, and ensure consistently high customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
* Own supplier and customer quality issues, from complaint management to claims and negotiations
* Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using proven quality methods
* Take end-to-end quality responsibility for assigned commodities across the supplier chain
* Approve First Article Inspections and support audits, including on-site and customer-facing activities
* Plan and execute supplier quality processes, qualifications, and improvement initiatives
* Lead internal and external quality improvement projects and support supplier development
* Support supplier selection, maintain quality data, and facilitate effective supplier communication
What You Bring
* Technical degree with strong hands-on quality experience
* Several years of expertise in supplier quality or quality management, including auditing
* Solid knowledge of quality tools, standards, and processes
* Confident communicator in English and German
* Strong systems and data skills, including ERP-based quality modules
* International mindset and willingness to travel
