Job Description
* Analysis, optimization, and harmonization of global HR processes along the employee lifecycle (e.g. recruiting, onboarding, training, talent management)
* Early identification of trends and innovations in the HR environment and proactive design to support the HR strategy
* Content definition and support of HR digitalization projects in collaboration with the respective departments
* Development of concepts for process automation and efficiency improvement
* Facilitation of workshops, support of change processes, and preparation of documentation and decision‑making materials
* Support in the development of global HR policies and standards
Qualifications
* Completed studies with a focus on Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a comparable field
* Several years of relevant professional experience in an international HR environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
* Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution‑oriented mindset
* Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence, and ability to work in a team

We offer a fair and market‑aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is €5.500 (based on full‑time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
