This is what your new job looks like:
* Continuously develop products in the area of development tools and monitoring and ensure an excellent development experience, including tools for efficient development of PROCECO Solutions and monitoring the Fabasoft PROCECO Cloud.
* Define and maintain the roadmap, aligning it functionally and technically with the current market situation and stakeholders.
* Lead the master backlog stories through the requirements management process, ensuring clean specification, planning, implementation, and go-live.
* Maintain the product backlog, considering stakeholder requirements, and manage the personnel of your team members.
* Monitor products and services in the Fabasoft Cloud continuously and derive measures for further improvement.
This is how we imagine you:
* Degree with a focus on IT and several years of professional experience as a product owner or in similar roles.
* Adept at dealing with complex requirements and communicating with different stakeholders.
* Ideally, experience with programming languages Java, TypeScript, and C++ as a developer.
* Knowledge of and enthusiasm for cloud native, microservices, IDEs, and compilers.
* Work closely with development teams to ensure products meet defined requirements and quality standards.
* Deep understanding of the needs and working methods of developers and testers, ensuring an optimal user experience.
* Communicative, innovation-oriented, with a high level of initiative, accuracy, perseverance, assertiveness, and very good German and English skills.
* Experience in development environments (IDEs), CI/CD, and a passion for monitoring web applications and systems in the data center.
