What you´ll do
* Co-lead and deploy key Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools / processes to enhance sales tool experience for our global Construction sales team
* Coordinate and own Data & Analytics: data governance, data & analytic requirements, dashboard updating, pipeline analysis
* Acts as a change agent for the new CRM adoption across all countries and sales management levels
* Drive implementation of training and development for sales organization, and provide support to ensure we maximize the utilization of the platform
* Provide technical support for markets on the CRM technical challenges
* Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer data within the CRM platform
* Work with a team of passionate members around the world in the construction industry
