Responsibilities
* Operation and administration of Microsoft 365 infrastructure (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive)
* Management of email security solutions
* PowerShell scripting and automation of Microsoft 365 processes
* Support of unified communications platforms
* Integration and hybrid operation of Microsoft Teams with Cisco UC systems
* Technical support for international projects and 3rd‑level support
Qualifications
* Completed technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, or university) or equivalent professional experience
* Several years of experience with M365, Teams, Exchange Online
* Good knowledge of PowerShell, ideally with Graph API
* Experience in the Cisco UC environment (CUCM, Webex) is an advantage
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
* Independent, structured, and solution‑oriented working style

We offer a fair and market‑aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade, adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is €3,000 (full‑time).
