Alliance Brand Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
1. Analyze the local market and identify commercial opportunities based on market research and customer insights.
2. Translate information on global and product strategy from meetings to develop local priorities.
3. Implement and track campaigns, initiatives, and materials.
4. Ensure alignment with the Integrated Brand and Customer Plan across departments such as BUD, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Finance, and demand planning.
5. Manage the digital/online strategy and tactics to support product performance.
6. Oversee all steps of online campaign setup and implementation.
7. Monitor, optimize, and report on digital (omnichannel) campaigns.
8. Develop online customer segment plans and integrate them with overall brand plans.
9. Analyze the local (AT & CH) market to identify online opportunities, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
10. Ensure digital strategy aligns with the overall brand plan and go-to-market models.
11. Maintain and improve digital customer tools continuously.
12. Collaborate cross-functionally with local teams on various projects.
Qualifications & Experience
* Higher degree (minimum Bachelor's) in business or marketing.
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Veeva, etc.
* Proven experience in planning, implementing, and managing digital campaigns.
* Experience working in an Agile environment.
* Strong personal drive, curiosity, and commitment to serving patients' interests.
* Creative problem-solving skills and ability to identify trends and new technologies to enhance customer experience.
* Ability to work cross-functionally in project teams.
* Strong communication skills in English and German, both oral and written.
