Job Description
* Development of functional and non-functional requirements in cooperation with product managers, software developers, and UX designers
* Management and prioritization of the product backlog in alignment with project goals
* Derivation of epics and user stories from customer requirements
* Ensuring release deadlines through backlog prioritization
* Interface between the development team, internal customers, and external project partners
* Coordination of collaboration with external project partners and responsibility for acceptance of external work packages
Qualifications
* Completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field – or equivalent qualification through relevant professional experience
* Several years of experience as a Product Owner or Requirements Engineer in an agile process environment (Scrum, Kanban)
* Experience in software development, preferably in a SaaS or innovation-oriented environment
* Excellent German and English language skills
* Strong communication skills
* Proactive and results-oriented work style

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3.700 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
