* Contributing to the definition of a common microcontroller architecture for our Power IC Products

* A Master''s or bachelor''s degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent degree with specific knowledge of microelectronic devices and related digital circuit design
* 10+ years of experience in full chip development cycle
* Mature experience in defining embedded CPU based architectures (i.e. ARM, RISC V) are a key skill
* Solid knowledge in digital prototyping on FPGA''s, FPGA synthesis and debugging
* Relevant experience in hardware description language (System Verilog or VHDL is a plus)
* Good experience with common hardware and software design tools
* Excellent communication skills within and across teams and at executive level
* Fluent English skills are mandatory, German is a plus
