You promote collaboration and act as a reliable interface between innovation and operations processes as well as external partners. You set priorities, coordinate workflows, and ensure the achievement of objectives. You ensure stable and efficient transitions from product development to series production by continuously improving processes together with your team, while keeping a strong focus on documentation, data quality, external manufacturing, and quality assurance. You actively participate in strategy meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of the team and related processes. What are we looking for? You have experience in leading and developing employees. You combine a people-centered mindset with a pragmatic and structured leadership style. You have a technical background and understand production-relevant processes in electronics manufacturing. You work independently, in a solution-oriented manner, and with a strong sense of responsibility. You are empathetic, communicative, and experienced in working with diverse perspectives.
