The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
1. Leading partners and customers development and be responsible for customer satisfaction.
2. Undertake sales targets and be responsible for the achievement of sales and marketing targets (order, market, profitability).
3. Builds, manages and enhances the company’s sales operations in the specified territory, including setting future strategic sales direction.
4. Initiates and implements strategic alliances with key partners—distributors, project integrators, and customers.
5. Identifies market opportunities both within and outside of traditional client base and develops strategies to penetrate those markets.
6. Attends trade shows, conferences, and customer workshops to promote Dunext brand locally.
7. Other duties as may be required or assigned.
Qualifications
1. 2.2+ years of sales experience; past experience in sales of solar inverters and battery storage is an advantage.
2. Excellent communication skills and good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales.
3. Understanding of basic solar and storage principles, familiar with energy storage system architecture, able to communicate basic technical solutions to customers.
4. Proficiency in English and the local language.
5. Positive attitude, willingness to work with an international team, take responsibility, quick learner, and creativity.
