Salary: A minimum salary of 66 000€ per year depending on your skills and experience + up to 10% annual bonus (if company-wide goals are met).

You’ll help shape a bold and effective strategy to position Nomentia as a leader in the TMS landscape, working closely with our Chief Marketing Officer to drive innovation and impact.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
* Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and display networks.
* Design and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns with personalized messaging and content.
* Conduct in-depth keyword research and optimize targeting strategies.
* Craft compelling ad copy and collaborate with creatives on engaging visuals.
* Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
* Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Search Console.
* Continuously test and optimize campaigns for efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to ensure alignment.
* Ensure content quality and brand consistency across all channels.
* Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, including AI and automation.
Who you’ll work with
* Your core team: Chief Marketing Officer, product marketing, creative, and sales teams.
* Stakeholders: Collaborate across departments to ensure digital efforts support business goals and brand consistency.
What success looks like in this role
In the first 6 months, you’re expected to:
* Onboard successfully and understand our brand, tone, and digital strategy.
* Launch and manage high-performing digital campaigns.
* Generate measurable pipeline and SQLs through digital tactics.
* Collaborate effectively across teams to align messaging and priorities.
Longer term, you’ll be measured by:
* Pipeline generation, CAC, ROI, and LTV metrics.
* SEO and paid campaign performance.
* Your contribution to a consistent and compelling digital brand presence.
What we’re looking for
* 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing for mid-market or enterprise B2B.
* Hands-on experience with SEA, paid social, and display campaigns.
* Experience with Account-Based Marketing strategies.
* Excellent written and spoken English and German. Finnish, Swedish, or Dutch are a plus.
* Proven track record in generating SQLs and measurable pipeline.
* Data-driven mindset with strong testing and optimization skills.
* Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush, Hotjar, Demandbase, and Tag Manager.
* Strong collaboration skills across sales, design, and product teams.
* Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or B2B tech industries.
