Paper republic is one of the world's fastest growing brand of premium notebooks and leather accessories. We design, produce and ship our notebooks directly to 300.000 customers worldwide through our own ecommerce website. We are a dynamic international team with over 120 people with more than 25 nationalities who like to develop and implement ideas together.
We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help us structure, centralize, and make better use of our data. In this role, you'll work closely with multiple departments, supporting them by turning data into clear insights and practical solutions. * You'll define, structure and centralize data from different systems and departments
* You'll design and implement a scalable data architecture
* You'll build, maintain, and improve reports, dashboards, and data pipelines
* You'll identify gaps and ensure data consistency, quality, reliability, and usability
* You'll act as a central point of contact for data analysis, reporting, and data-related questions
* You'll collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, and Sales to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions
* You've a minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering or a similar role
* You have solid knowledge of data modeling, databases and data pipelines
* You're familiar with data warehouse concepts
* You have experience with BI and reporting tools
* You're confident taking ownership and building scalable data solutions independently
* You're confident translating data into clear, actionable insight
* You're structured, detail-oriented and enjoy turning ideas into practical solutions
* You are fluent in English; German is a plus
