Teamlead Software Development (all genders)

* You take on the technical responsibility for our software development team.
* You actively contribute to the development and implementation of strategies and concepts.
* You play a key role in shaping the entire software development lifecycle—from analysis and design to development and testing.
* Additionally, you serve as the internal point of contact for all development-related topics at all levels.
* You continuously evaluate new technologies and ideas, improving the software development processes, including quality assurance.
* You regularly coordinate timelines and project progress with project managers and product managers, ensuring appropriate prioritization and documentation.
* Furthermore, you foster the professional development of the team members and the entire team.


How you convince us

* Completed technical education (University, University of Applied Sciences, Technical College, or similar) with a focus on Computer Science, Electronics, or experience in leading software development teams.
* Experience in technical leadership or mentoring of employees (e.g., as a Lead Developer).
* Proactive and communicative personality.

* Open, team-oriented communication style with a responsible and independent approach to work.

Salary

You can expect an attractive and market-compliant salary. The minimum salary on a full-time basis is EUR 4,500 gross per month, with potential for higher pay depending on qualifications and experience. A comprehensive benefits package also awaits you.
