* As a Team Assistant, you are part of the Finance Cost Projects team and independently handle a wide range of assistance tasks in an international context / complex environment
* You provide professional administration support to the department as necessary
* You are responsible for planning and coordinating appointments, business trips and workshops
* In your role you support in the creation of decision support materials for top management, preparing and editing documents such as presentations, reports and protocols in English
* You are asked to coordinate and support Project Management tasks
* You communicate and collaborate with internal and external English-speaking contacts worldwide

How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

* As a Team Assistant you have completed a university degree You have professional experience in the area of management assistance in an international company
* Excellent communication skills - Ability and interest in thriving in a multinational environment while maintaining tact and high resilience
* A reliable, structured, proactive and discreet way of working
* You are solution-oriented - You feel comfortable working in a dynamic environment and handling ad hoc requests
* You are proficient with MS Office
* You are business-fluent in the English language (written and verbal);
* German skills are an advantage but not a must-have

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300*

* willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
