What your tasks are
Managing, planning and controlling our national SAP projects/programs in the area of HCM and SuccessFactors
Responsibility for the success of the project in terms of customer satisfaction and profitability
Scheduling and budgeting, as well as for calculating the costs of the projects
Management and quality control of the performance of your project teams and monitoring of their capacity
Active participation in the Competence Team
Responsibility for pre-sales and sales activities
Mentoring our young professionals and technical responsibility for consultants
Continuous training of hard and soft skills
What experience you should have
Several years as Consultant or Project Manager of SAP HCM or SuccessFactors projects/programs as well as initial experience with S/4HANA
Comprehensive understanding of integration processes and a good overview of the SAP system landscape
Experience with SAP Activate
Experience in other project management methods (e.g. PMI, IPMA or Prince2) and interest in agile process models (e.g. SCRUM)
High flexibility and willingness to travel
Interest in open and constructive cooperation
Business fluent in German and English
