Summary Statement
In this role, you will delve deeply into the behavior of our customers and the dynamics of our markets. Duties & Responsibilities
* Aggregation, analysis, and consolidation of data from external and internal sources on consumer behavior and market mechanisms, and participation in the generation of insights based on this data
* Identification and evaluation of trends, patterns, and other correlations in the data, and assessment of their strategic or operational relevance with regard to potential growth opportunities
* Creating, expanding, and maintaining customer journeys and simulation models to describe consumer behavior, markets, and market relationships, as well as to forecast market developments
* Working with scenarios and evaluating them
* Data visualizations to support decision‑making, both operationally and strategically, using interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations
Qualifications
* Completed degree (economics, marketing, statistics, data science, etc.)
* Professional experience in creating market, potential, and forecast models and calculating business cases
* Relevant knowledge of data analysis and statistics
* Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as strong strategic thinking
* Confident use of common analysis, reporting, AI, and BI tools
* Very good English and MS Office skills
* High level of personal responsibility and enthusiasm for new trends
