In you role you are responsible for the strategic development, governance, and operational excellence of the assigned IT domain, with a strong focus on SAP and future ERP transformation.Strategic Direction & Roadmap LeadershipDefinition and ownership of the SAP/ERP strategy and future S/4 roadmapAlignment of domain technology strategy with corporate and business requirementsFormulation and implementation of architecture standards and long‐term platform directionGovernance, Compliance & Performance ManagementOversight of platform governance, risk mitigation, and compliance with IT standardsMonitoring of KPIs, SLAs, operational performance, and execution qualityReporting of strategic and operational domain status to Corporate IT leadership and executivesExecution & Transformation ManagementSteering of major SAP/ERP initiatives and transformation programsCoordination of cross‐functional integration into the broader IT landscapeEstablishment of structured processes for change, demand, and portfolio managementLeadership & Organizational DevelopmentGuidance, development, and empowerment of the IT Center of Excellence teamCreation of knowledge‐sharing structures and competence‐building initiativesExecution of IT communication and training programs to strengthen IT awareness across the organization
Extensive expertise in SAP/ERP platforms and domain leadershipStrong understanding of IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and governanceExperience with large‐scale transformations (e.g., S/4HANA readiness or migration)Ability to align business and IT strategies in a global environmentExcellent leadership, stakeholder communication, and decision‐making skillsStrategic, analytical thinker with strong execution capability and risk awarenessFluent in English; German is a plus
