Job Description
* Shape and optimize asset management mandates and investment funds
* Stay ahead of evolving legal requirements (AT, DE, LIE, LUX)
* Support the onboarding of new investment companies
* Handling compliance-related issues and control tasks
* Collaborate closely with internal partners across the organization (LGT Investment Management GmbH, LGT Bank Switzerland)
Requirements
* Education and Qualifications:
o Completed studies in law, economics, or a comparable qualification
o Additional certifications in investment compliance are advantageous
* Professional Experience:
o Several years (min. 3 years) of professional experience in investment compliance
o Shown success in implementing and monitoring investment compliance programs
* Expertise:
o In-depth knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements (InvFG 2011, AIFMG, WAG 2018)
o Highly IT affine (Avaloq knowledge is advantageous)
* Personal Attributes:
o Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work
o Excellent communication and presentation skills
o High level of responsibility and integrity
o Proactive and approachable mentality
