We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Special Operations to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will lead customer engagement efforts and manage the complete sales process for our Special Operations products and services. From identifying new opportunities to negotiating deals and ensuring a seamless handover to project teams, you will be instrumental in our continued growth and success.
1. Identify, engage, and convert potential customers through direct presence (international travel necessary)
2. Manage comprehensive end-to-end sales processes
3. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and tailored proposals
4. Drive pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting activities
5. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and close deals
6. Ensure smooth project handovers and maintain ongoing key account
7. Ensure full compliance with public authorities, specific procurement frameworks and regulations
8. Represent the organization at key industry exhibitions, conferences, and forums
9. Track industry trends and monitor competitor strategies
Your experiences and skills
10. Minimum of 7-10 years' technical sales experience
11. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
12. Fluent in English; proficiency in German is beneficial. Any additional language would be an advantage.
13. Strong sales, negotiation & contract management skills
14. Technical understanding & solution-oriented thinking
15. Effective customer relationship management

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 59,.98 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
