As a Business Process Manager HR (f/m/d), you analyze, design, and optimize global HR processes in close collaboration with HR, IT, and relevant interfaces along the employee lifecycle and across strategic HR topics.
Job Description
* Analysis, optimization, and harmonization of global HR processes along the employee lifecycle (e.g. recruiting, onboarding, training, talent management)
* Implementation and support of HR digitalization projects (e.g. introduction of new tools or systems)
* Development of concepts for process automation and efficiency improvements
* Close collaboration with internal stakeholders from HR, IT, Controlling, and global leadership
* Facilitation of workshops, support of change processes, and preparation of documentation and decision-making materials
* Support in the development of global HR policies and standards
Qualifications
* Completed university degree with a focus on Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Human Resource Management
* Professional experience in process or project management, ideally with an HR focus
* Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
* Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset
* Strong communication skills, intercultural competence, and ability to work in a team

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is €5.500 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
