FACILITIES MANAGER
ISLE OF WIGHT
PERMANENT ROLE
£40,423k per annum
We are looking for a FACILITIES MANAGER to join our client on the Isle of Wight on a permanent basis. This client can offer live on if required, but this will be reflected in your salary.
This role involves providing line management to Facilities Operatives & Housekeepers, managing on-site contractors, and ensuring exemplary customer service.
Responsibilities
Maintain highest standards of safety and cleanliness across all areas.
Coordinate timely on-site maintenance works with minimal disruption to guests.
Conduct daily health and safety inspections.
Plan and supervise deep cleaning and routine housekeeping tasks.
Qualifications
Full UK Driving Licence
CV showing relevant experience.
Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.
Qualifications – Level 3 in Leadership and Management & Level 3 in Education and Training
