What your tasks are
* Managing, planning and controlling our national SAP projects/programs in the area of HCM and SuccessFactors
* Responsibility for the success of the project in terms of customer satisfaction and profitability
* Scheduling and budgeting, as well as for calculating the costs of the projects
* Management and quality control of the performance of your project teams and monitoring of their capacity
* Active participation in the Competence Team
* Responsibility for pre-sales and sales activities
* Mentoring our young professionals and technical responsibility for consultants
* Continuous training of hard and soft skills
What experience you should have
* Several years as Consultant or Project Manager of SAP HCM or SuccessFactors projects/programs as well as initial experience with S/4HANA
* Comprehensive understanding of integration processes and a good overview of the SAP system landscape
* Experience with SAP Activate
* Experience in other project management methods (e.g. PMI, IPMA or Prince2) and interest in agile process models (e.g. SCRUM)
* High flexibility and willingness to travel
* Interest in open and constructive cooperation
* Business fluent in German and English
