EcoSure is a division of Ecolab and a global leader in food safety and brand protection. We are currently seeking a freelance Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany. In this role, you will support food service brands by conducting on-site audits and providing consulting to ensure alignment with brand standards and to enhance the guest experience.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Conducting food safety, health & hygiene, and brand standard audits at client sites
* Providing consulting to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices
* Maintaining strong client relationships
We Are Looking For Candidates Who
* Are fluent in German and English
* Have proven food safety auditing experience, such as in food retail, hotel F&B, convenience stores, or gas stations
* Hold food safety qualifications, such as HACCP or ISO 22000
* Are able to efficiently cover the defined territory
* Hold a valid driving license and have their own car
* Have a passion for coaching and teaching in food-related settings
* Are comfortable working independently
Availability
* Long-term availability for recurring audits
* Ability to support quarterly audits and re-audits
