You will be the first point of contact for project managers for the procurement of building technology. You will be responsible for purchasing MEP equipment and ancillary services for our projects.
Responsible for the purchase of goods and external services in the field of MEP in close cooperation with the project management
Examination and comparison of offers and evaluation
Contract and price negotiations, claims management
Coordination and deadline monitoring of construction and MEP services
Commercial review of additional services and supplementary offers on the basis of existing contracts (addendum)
Documentation preparation
Completed technical education and commercial knowledge
Relevant work experience of at least five years in purchasing, preferably with a technical focus in an international environment is a plus
Good IT skills (MS Office, BMD, AUTO CAD, Revit, etc. an advantage)
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is advantageous, and knowledge of other languages is a plus
Willingness to travel

Statutory notice : The minimum gross salary for the advertised position is € 2,915 in accordance with the Collective Agreement for Commercial Employees, with a willingness to overpay based on experience and qualifications.
