Are you ready to lead the digital pulse of our brand? As our Digital Communications Manager, you’ll help define and grow our brand across digital channels. You’ll create engaging content and campaigns that connect with our audience and bring our vision to life. Please note: This position is a one-year maternity cover with the option to become a permanent role.
Here’s what your role will involve:
Tasks
* Drive growth and conversions: You’ll shape strategies to grow our online presence and improve conversion rates across web and email, with a focus on user experience and messaging.
* Manage digital channels: You understand how to use various digital platforms effectively and know what kind of content works best on each one.
* Leverage digital tools: You stay up to date with the latest tools and platforms, and you're open to experimenting with new solutions to boost our digital performance.
* Create and manage digital content: You’ll develop high-quality blog articles, demo videos, infographics, and social media posts that strengthen our brand and connect with our audience.
* Tackle complex topics: You enjoy making technical or complex subjects easy to understand for different audiences.
* Align with strategy: You grasp the bigger picture – our business goals and our customers’ needs – and align your content accordingly.
Requirements
What Makes You the Perfect Fit?
* Experience: At least 4 years in the trenches of digital marketing, wielding tools of content creation, social media mastery, and SEO sorcery.
* Communication: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
* Text competence and a sense for graphic design: You can create engaging texts (blog articles, social media posts) and illustrate them using image & video tools (e.g. Canva)
* CRM Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally PipeDrive, to maintain customer enchantments.
* Project Leadership: Independently lead your projects, maintaining cool under pressure while juggling timelines, budgets, tasks, and digital content.
* Solution-Oriented Creativity: Approach complex challenges with creative solutions. Stay composed and proactive, even in the face of potential chaos.

We offer a minimum gross salary of €2,900/month – more may be possible depending on experience.
