You are a Master student from the field of Informatics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar and you are looking for an exciting master thesis? Infineon Power & Sensor Systems (PSS) delivers future-oriented solutions to provide cutting-edge data transport and to make tools and systems smarter, smaller, lighter and more energy-efficient.
In your new role you will:
* Implement a ToF (Time-of-Flight) sensor mode into the Nvidia Isaac Sim to enable simulated 3D TOF data generation for AI model training
This thesis has to be written in cooperation with a university.

Type of employment: Temporary / Full-time or Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 6 months
Your Profile
You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed master student from the field of Informatics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:
* Knowledge and experience in software development with Python and C++
* Strong interest in 3D image data processing, simulation and algorithms
* Knowledge of ROS as a plus
* Fluent in English, good German knowledge as a plus
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group D for master students.
