You will provide expert advice, technical oversight, monitoring project performance, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure all funded initiatives meet program goals and contractual commitments. The role is designed for someone with deep project delivery experience - ideally in infrastructure reconstruction, who can critically assess project viability, identify risks, and guide stakeholders towards successful outcomes.
* Review grantee documentation (e.g. progress reports, milestone claims, variations) to ensure compliance with funding agreements, program guidelines and quality standards.

* Monitor and report on project delivery, financials, and community outcomes using established tools.
* Critically assess project viability and risks, advising on necessary course corrections or escalations.

* Advise stakeholders on compliance, risk, procurement, and alignment with government policies.
* Engage in governance forums and stakeholder meetings to support informed decision-making and contribute to strategic planning.
* Contribute to audits, evaluations, and briefings with data-driven insights and recommendations.
About You

You manage your own workload and that of any supervised staff, offering strategic advice and contributing to planning, systems and frameworks. You are confident in making independent decisions and thrive in a dynamic environment where your judgement and delivery experience are valued.
You bring a proven track record in delivering complex infrastructure projects or programs, equipping you to identify risks, assess viability and drive successful outcomes. You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels and translating technical insights into strategic advice.
