Assistant to the Division Manager Digital
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide support for our Digital and IT division management. The role involves a range of administrative, organisational and communication tasks.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing calendars and coordinating appointments for senior management, as well as organising and following up on meetings, workshops and events. They will also create presentations, reports and minutes, manage internal and external communication, support project management and special initiatives, maintain and manage documents in various systems, act as an interface and contact person for internal departments and external partners, and assist with the implementation of governance guidelines.
Requirements
* Completed commercial training or comparable qualification is required. Professional experience in an assistant role, ideally in the IT or digital environment, is essential.
* Strong organisational skills, high degree of initiative, very good knowledge of MS Office and confidence in using digital tools are crucial for success in this position.
* Excellent German and English skills, discretion, reliability, strong team orientation, and interest in digital topics and IT processes are highly valued.
