Key Responsibilities: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, as well as develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure feasibility while translating business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories. Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on impact and effort, and track progress to ensure timely delivery of product milestones. Lead agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) and participate in solution functional architecture discussions.Effectively communicate product updates, timelines, and risks to technical teams and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications (Mandatory): Completed technical degree (e.g., Master in ICT / Digital Transformation) and at least 1 year of professional experience in Product management, Project management or Digital Transformation Ability to work as a team player as well as independently and in a structured mannerSkills in SAFe, Scrum, and PMP are advantageousExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsLanguage skills: English (C1) and German (at least B2)

Your annual gross target salary is at least EUR 46,000 (all-in) for a Specialist position. Depending on qualifications and experience, we will agree on your actual salary in a personal discussion. You have more to offer than the minimum? So do we. Your salary will increase annually with us.
