As a Senior Product Manager (Platform), you will own the core technical foundation that powers all digital products in the portfolio. identity & access, integrations, data services, core platform capabilities) in a newly formed organization
• Lead and mentor Product Owners (Squad Leads) responsible for platform and engineering enablement teams
• Drive alignment across product areas by defining shared services, APIs, and integration patterns
• Raise the maturity of product practices in for technical platform product management
• 5+ years of experience in software product management, with a technical focus
• Proven ability to lead multiple product squads and coach Product Owners
• Deep understanding of discovery practices, product-led platform strategy, and agile delivery
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in both business and technical environments
• Fluent in German and English
