Do you love creating memorable evenings with elegance, confidence, and a passion for fine drinks? Then we’d love to welcome you! We are looking for a knowledgeable and confident Head Bartender (f/m/d) for our stylish hotel bar – someone who brings both strong bartending skills and a warm, professional presence. From signature cocktails to classic drinks and fine digestifs, you will shape the bar experience for our discerning guests while leading a small team with clarity, structure, and heart.
What you bring with you
* You havea completed qualification in the hotel or gastronomy industry or have comparable qualifications.
* You haveprofessional experience in bar waiter service, ideally in upscale hotels or restaurants.
* Yourappearance is friendly and professional, which makes you an ideal contact person for our guests.
* You have asound knowledgeof drinks, especially cocktails and wines.
* You are a team player and have excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and flexibility are a matter of course for you in order to be able to react to the dynamic requirements of the catering trade.
* A good knowledge of German is required, knowledge of English is an advantage and expands your field of application in international guest contact.

Your tasks
* Welcome and advise our international guests competently in bar waiter service to create a welcoming and friendly environment.
* Ensure the smooth running of the barservice by professionally preparing drinks and making specific recommendations.
* Actively contribute to the maintenance and attractive presentation of our extensive range of drinks.
* Ensure compliance with the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the bar waiter area through regular checks and cleanliness measures.
* Work closely with our service team and other departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently and to their complete satisfaction.
