The Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Retail Success Coordinator to join our team in Thomastown, in Melbourne’s north. This fast‑paced, hands‑on role will see you working with our operations, recruitment and field team to get our stores open and productive. With a focus on execution, you will manage a variety of operational tasks, from logistics and team coordination to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the setup, operation, and breakdown of pop‑up stores across multiple locations.
* Ensure operational standards are met consistently, with a focus on efficiency and high‑quality customer experiences.
* Collaborate with the store teams to resolve any issues quickly and effectively.
* Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and operations.
* Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational progress and any challenges.
* Recruit and support store licensees, store managers and staff in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of presentation.

While retail experience is valuable, it is not essential; we’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills and the ability to think quickly and act decisively to keep operations running smoothly.
