Responsibilities
Designated maintenance manager for portfolio, including liaising with contractors/trades and sending work orders/quote requests
Conducting routine inspections on a regular basis
Liaising with both landlords and tenants for all tenancy matters
Ingoing and outgoing inspections
Finalising and refunding of bonds
Carrying out open inspections to find potential tenants for properties
Processing of applications
Approving and signing up tenants and explaining requirements under the Act
Attend tribunal and evictions
Other general office duties
Offering assistance with all tasks within the property management team when required
Skills & Experience
Working in this role you must be well organised, proficient and have the ability to prioritise, as well as accept direction from the Senior Property Managers. Managing a busy workload you must be able to work efficiently and accurately at all times. Attention to detail is a must as well as a professional, yet casual and friendly approach.
Property Management experience
Property Management licence
Intermediate or advanced computer skills including MS Word, Outlook and Excel
Experience using Property Tree & Property Inspection Manager (PIM) will be looked upon favourably
