HR Business Partner for Operations & Implementations

Your main task is to lead a team of around 10 technicians who work on our projects in-house and worldwide
You will develop your employees and prepare them for future challenges through continuous improvement and process optimization
You are responsible for the areas of costs, quality and adherence to deadlines for your international projects
You have several years of experience in the field of automation and control technology and are also very IT-savvy
You have the ability to set goals, inspire employees and achieve them together
You speak excellent German and English
You spend a maximum of 20% of your working time on international business trips
