Key Requirements
To be successful, you bring a degree in Engineering and/or Economics with a strong focus on global industrial or technical products and systems. You have more than five years of experience in strategic and operational Supply Chain Management or comparable commercial functions within a global project business and international environment. You are proficient in professional sourcing methodologies, tools, and best practices, and ideally have experience with ERP systems. You have a global mindset; regional experience alone will not suffice. You should be comfortable operating across countries and cultures, understanding global markets and navigating complexity in an international environment. From a personality perspective, you need to be proactive and willing to challenge the status quo. You communicate confidently and effectively, demonstrating strong moderation and negotiation skills. You are fluent in English; knowledge of German is an advantage, and additional languages further strengthen your international profile.
