About the Role
The Digital Products & Channels Specialist supports the development and enhancement of retail banking products and digital channels. The role works closely with business, IT, and UX/UI teams to improve customer journeys, coordinate product initiatives, and contribute to digital transformation projects across the bank.
Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end lifecycle of retail banking products, as well as the development and management of digital channels
Coordinate product-related topics with IT, UX/UI, and business teams
Assist in defining product requirements and tracking progress
Monitor product performance (KPIs, customer feedback, usage)
Contribute to improving digital customer journeys and processes
Support product launches, campaigns, and internal coordination
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management, digital banking or fintech
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Analytical mindset and structured way of working
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Good knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with Jira or similar tools is an advantage
Fluent in English (German is a plus)

Minimum gross wage in accordance with the collective agreement if the minimum requirements are met: EUR 3.272,23 /month with willingness to overpay depending on professional experience and training.
