In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic design, governance, and continuous improvement of banking operational processes and services. You’ll ensure seamless service delivery across all business segments, manage outsourced operations and vendor relationships, and oversee frameworks such as Business Continuity Management and workflow systems. You’ll play a key role in driving automation, digitization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Role Responsibilities
1. Own and manage the bank’s process landscape framework, including policies and operating instructions.
2. Lead the workflow management system and drive continuous improvement through automation and standardization.
3. Design andoptimize end-to-end banking operations processes (e.g., transaction processing, onboarding, compliance).
4. Collaborate across departments and entities to ensure seamless service delivery.
5. Lead Business Continuity Management and Business Impact Analysis frameworks.
6. Oversee SLAs and performance of outsourced operations and external vendors.
7. Provide advisory support to internal teams on best practices for operational efficiency.
Role Requirements
8. 4–6 years of experience in banking or financial services operations.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
10. Strong understanding of banking operations and regulatory frameworks (e.g., PSD2, AML, GDPR).
11. Hands-on experience with workflow/process management tools (e.g., ADONIS, BPMN).
12. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with automation technologies (e.g., RPA, OCR).
13. Proven communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
14. Certifications such as PMP or ITIL are advantageous.
