Leadership Role | Multi-Site Operation | Transformation & Continuous Improvement
An outstanding opportunity exists for a Chief Operating Officer - Manufacturing to lead a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment within a highly regulated industry. A commutable distance from Brisbane and the Gold Coast, with relocation assistance provided if needed.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for end-to-end plant performance, with a strong mandate to embed best practice processes, drive continuous improvement, and lead operational transformation across the business.
What You'll Do
* Lead multi-site manufacturing operations to deliver on safety, quality, and output targets
* Own the manufacturing P&L, driving cost optimisation, productivity, and efficiency improvements
* Champion best practice manufacturing processes, standardisation, and operational governance across all sites
* Lead and embed Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement frameworks to drive measurable performance gains
* Deliver transformation initiatives including automation, process redesign, and digital manufacturing
* Build a culture of data-driven decision making, accountability, and ongoing improvement
What You Bring
* Senior leadership experience in FMCG or regulated manufacturing
* Success leading multi-site operations and large teams
* Record of driving continuous improvement and operational transformation
* Experience embedding Lean / Six Sigma / best practice methodologies
* Commercial acumen with P&L ownership
* Ability to influence, align, and lead change across complex organisations
