In Customer Success Management at Interactive Paper, you will work with top international companies, including brands like Samsung, Pfizer, Ford, Oracle, and EY. You will be in direct contact with marketing directors and manage various advertising campaigns.

We seek candidates with advanced English and German proficiency, as the role involves engaging with international clients.

We value customer-oriented, communicative, and committed individuals who are motivated to take responsibility, value teamwork, and have an independent work style. Organizational talent and enjoyment in customer contact and selling high-tech products are essential.


Tasks

As a Junior Customer Success Manager, your main responsibilities include:

* Advising and supporting clients in developing and implementing marketing strategies using interactive media and digital tools.
* Analyzing business objectives and target audiences to develop tailored marketing solutions.
* Collaborating with internal teams of designers, developers, and analysts to develop customized solutions.
* Conducting training sessions and workshops to help clients maximize our products and services.
* Managing client projects and tasks effectively.
* Optimizing ongoing marketing campaigns to ensure desired results and ROI.


Requirements

* Fluent in English and German, spoken and written.
* Exceptional task management skills and organizational talent.
* Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in hospitality, service, or consulting; marketing experience is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Team-oriented with the ability to work interdisciplinarily.


Benefits

* Full-time position with a gross salary of €33,000 to €42,000.
* Individual bonus up to €10,000 per year.
* Team bonus up to €6,000 per year.
