The Process & Project Management team is responsible for the technical management of interdisciplinary teams and interface coordination. A strong customer focus ensures that all projects meet the needs of our customers and guarantee maximum satisfaction.

* Completed technical education (HTL/FH/TU) in the fields of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, plastics engineering, or manufacturing technology
* Experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of project management, quality assurance, product or process development
* High level of organizational, methodological, and social skills, as well as business fluent English
ChallengeCheck
* Implementation of specific product orders and close cooperation with the areas of product management, development, process planning, and foreign plants
* Project management responsibility from the concept phase to series production readiness
* Definition and monitoring of project deadlines, costs, and quality targets
* Initiation of measures in case of deviations
