* Pflege und Aktualisierung der Gebäudebestandsdokumentationen
* Wartungs- und Leistungsverträge sowie Überprüfungsprotokolle für technische Anlagen und Geräte einpflegen
* Kommunikation und Datenaustausch mit Instituten, Abteilungen und Fachbereichen
* Mitarbeit in der Optimierung des bestehenden CAFM-Systems
Your Qualifications:
* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
* Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B1)
* Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
* Erfahrung mit CAFM-Systemen
* Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
* Selbstständiges Arbeiten
* Strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
What We Offer:
* Auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (40 Wochenstunden) und bei Anrechnung von mindestens 3 Jahren Vordienstzeiten beträgt das monatliche Gehalt € 2.829,90 brutto (14 x pro Jahr, KV-Einstufung IIb, Regelstufe 1)
