Team Leader Talent Partner
Join our Talent Acquisition team and help shape an effective hiring experience across ABB Group in Austria. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruiting processes while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract and hire the right people.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions, from briefing and sourcing to offer management and candidate communication
Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across ABB, acting as a trusted and professional Talent Acquisition partner
Contribute to Employer Branding activities by supporting onsite events, job fairs, university collaborations, and selected early talent or summer intern initiatives
Support with selected employee lifecycle administration topics such as onboarding coordination, documentation, master data support, and collaboration with payroll interfaces
Team Dynamics
You will be part of an international Talent Acquisition team and work closely with Talent Partners, Employer Branding colleagues, and business stakeholders across different divisions.
What It Takes To Run What Runs The World
3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or a comparable HR-focused role
Completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Clear sense of ownership, self-leadership, and accountability in day-to-day work
High level of integrity, professionalism, and a structured approach in a complex stakeholder environment
Structured and solution-oriented working style with the ability to work in a remote leadership setup
Collaborative mindset with effective communication and relationship-building skills
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken

The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 3 775.27 EUR monthly for a full-time position as of May 2025.
