We are expanding our quality team and are looking for an individual with relevant experience who identifies with our mission and our products.
Your Mission
* Lead all key quality inspections, independently executing Incoming Goods checks and leading Pre-Shipment Inspections in the EU.
* Monitor suppliers independently during the Ramp-Up phase and serial production, immediately identifying non-conformances against specifications.
* Manage all assigned Non-Conformity Costs (NCC) cases and prepare inspection data for reports and the corrective action process (RCCA).
* Document all detected deviations and immediately forward findings to the Supplier Quality Engineer for containment and investigation.
* Perform systematic reporting by recording and distributing statistical information for returns, defects, refurbished products, and QC history.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within your daily tasks and support the fulfillment of defined Quality KPIs/OKRs.
Your Skills
* Technical education (HTL, FH, University)
* Professional experience in Quality Control
* Solid knowledge of inspection standards (AQL) and quality documentation processes (NCC, Deviation Reporting).
* Experience in data preparation for reporting tools (Power BI, Excel) and statistical analysis.
* Willingness to travel to our suppliers
* Very good English and German skills
* Valid work permit for Austria

For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 3.000 on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
