As People Operations Manager (m/f/d) you are a central part of our small People & Culture team. You have sound know-how in payroll accounting or labor law and would now like to contribute your expertise in more versatile areas of People & Culture. Together with the Head of People & Culture, you will actively shape our processes and ensure that our growth remains efficient, sustainable and legally compliant.
In this role, you can expand your professional expertise, participate in exciting projects and at the same time influence the development of our team and our processes. You will help to ensure that our internal processes are professional, modern and compliant - from payroll accounting to projects relating to recruiting, onboarding and organizational development.

Part-time: from 25 hours
Salary (full-time basis): € 50,000 gross/year (depending on qualifications and experience with willingness to significantly overpay)
* Responsibility for day-to-day operations in the People & Culture department, including personnel administration, payroll preparation and monthly financial statements
* Central interface to our external payroll partners in various countries
* Creation and management of contracts, agreements and guidelines
* Contact person for managers and employees for administrative and process-related issues
* Collaboration on People & Culture projects, such as company health promotion, HR software implementation or employee benefits
* Further development and digitalization of processes in the area of People & Culture
* Support/representation in recruiting and onboarding new employees
* Collaboration in the area of personnel and organizational development
* Completed commercial training
* Several years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll accounting, labor law or operational people & culture management, ideally in an IT environment
* Very good knowledge of labor, social security and wage tax law required
* Business fluent German and very good English skills
* Enjoy working with people, have a strong team spirit and a high sense of responsibility
* Structured and precise way of working paired with a strong hands-on mentality
* High degree of discretion and trustworthiness
