Your Responsibilities
Continuously enhance PALFINGER’s global enterprise risk and insurance framework, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, risk appetite, and governance requirements
Lead and further develop the enterprise risk & insurance team, fostering professional growth, accountability, and a strong risk culture
Coordinate enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment, evaluation, and mitigation across strategic, operational, financial, compliance, and reputational risks
Monitor and enhance risk mitigation strategies, loss prevention measures, and risk gap analyses across the organization
Act as the central interface to brokers, insurers, loss adjusters, and internal stakeholders worldwide
Your Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in international insurance programs or corporate risk management (e.g., broker, insurer, or corporate risk management departments)
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Engineering, or a related field
Strong knowledge of insurance structures, risk assessment methodologies, and relevant international regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
