Facility Manager Position We are looking for a highly skilled Facility Manager to support our international team in ensuring the smooth operation of approximately 2,000 locations. Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement our facility management concept for dm markets as well as central properties in Austria. Provide expert advice to international colleagues on maintenance and repair of technical equipment. Contribute to the ongoing digitalization of the department. Support international projects and maintain close communication with international teams and suppliers. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. Required Skills and Qualifications: A technical education (vocational training or HTL) with initial professional experience in facility management or a technical university degree. A strong interest in digital solutions and the use of artificial intelligence in the field. Familiarity with FM applications such as CAFM and ticketing systems (e.g. Service Now, Planon) is an advantage. Analytical and conceptual skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and a high level of customer orientation. Willingness to travel for occasional country visits.
