Your Day-to-Day:
You will be responsible for leading plumbing installations and repairs in residential settings. From installing water heaters to fixtures or work in sewers and drains, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. Expectations include the following:
16. Installing plumbing systems in residential homes
17. Installing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, and water heaters
18. Testing plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning
19. Leading installations, following the plan established and adjusting when necessary.
20. Working alongside a plumbing apprentice to assist with the daily jobs.
21. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
22. Keeping up to date with industry best-practices and emerging technologies.
What Does It Take?
23. Valid Journeyman Plumber License and Driver's License Required
24. Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
25. Clear background check, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and drug screen
26. Strong interpersonal skills, focused on customer satisfaction
27. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
28. Commitment to safety in all aspects of work
Pay:
29. $45.00-$55.00/per hour
30. Up to a $10,000 sign on bonus for licensed Journeyman Plumbers
