Qualifications
* You are confident and experienced in working with MS Office applications.
* You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a high level of accuracy.
* You demonstrate strong team spirit as well as a high level of quality and service orientation.
* You handle sensitive information with discretion and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Prior experience in the HR field is preferred.
* Experience in Odoo is a plus.
Your Tasks
* You prepare and manage HR-related documents, such as employment contracts.
* You are responsible for document management and the accurate maintenance of personnel records.
* You take ownership of various HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle.
* You ensure compliance with labor laws and the legal conformity of all HR processes.
* You provide competent advice to the leadership team on labor law and HR-related matters.
* You support the collection of HR metrics and the preparation of reports.
The annual salary is 44.450,- € gross on a full-time basis according to the IT collective agreement. Willingness to pay more based upon qualifications and experience.
